Parking

This event will be held in the Brown Ballroom on the lower level of the Bone Student Center. Parking is available for cars in the Bone Student Center Parking Lot, located on the north side of the building. Bus parking is available in Parking Lot G82, west of the Redbird Arena. Please refer to the Campus Map for maps and directions to these locations. 

  • 8:30 – 9:00 a.m.

    Check-in and Student Poster Set-Up (all students will setup their posters at this time)

    Lunch at the Bone Student Center

    Lunch will be on your own. Bring your own sack lunch or bring money to purchase lunch in the Bone Student Center at McAlister's Deli, Timbers Grille, The Landing, Starbucks, or QDoba Mexican Eats.
