CeMaST is one of several research centers at ISU accredited by the Illinois Board of Higher Education.
The CeMaST family includes the CeMaST Leadership Team, CeMaST Staff, STEM Education Contacts, and numerous collaborators across campus and beyond.
CeMaST was founded in 1991 to assist in integrating efforts of diverse departments, drawn from different colleges in the university, in meeting the needs of Illinois schools in addressing issues related to mathematics, science, and technology education. Since 1991, CeMaST has been building a national reputation for developing and supporting successful projects and activities around STEM education.
