Poster Registration Form
Note: The registration form will become available in February 2026.
Please be sure to have the following information ready BEFORE you begin your online registration:
- Personal Info: General information about yourself (e.g., your name, school, year in school, and email address).
- Group or Individual Poster: Are you submitting an individual research poster or group research poster?
- Group Info: If you are submitting a group research poster, general information about your group members (e.g., their names, school, and year in school).
- Teacher Info: Full name and email address of the teacher/chaperone bringing you to the symposium.
- Class Info: If applicable, the full name of the class for which your research project was done.
- Mentor Info: If applicable, the full name of your professional or university mentor (this is not your teacher) and their affiliation.
- Research Category: The research category for your poster.
- Poster Title: The full title of your poster.
- Poster Keywords: Please list a maximum of 5 keywords that describe your research. Keywords should generally be nouns instead of adjectives or adverbs. Do not use abbreviations. In creating your list of keywords, try to think of how someone might want to search for your topic. (Example: Plants, light, leaf growth, stem growth)
- Poster Abstract: You will upload a text document with your abstract. Your abstract should be no more than 250 words.
- Approval Forms: If your research requires approval (e.g., if you are studying vertebrate animals, human subjects, or hazardous materials), you should upload a copy of your approval forms and also attach a copy to the back of your poster.
- Presenting to a Judge: Select if you would or would not like to present your poster to an official judge for feedback.
You will receive a copy of your registration to the email address you provide, and your registration information will be used in the program. Please be sure to double-check your registration info before you submit your form.
