Professional Development Sessions for STEM Faculty
ISU STEM Faculty Book Club
Join us as we use Teach Students How to Learn: Strategies You can Incorporate Into Any Course to Improve Student Metacognition, Study Skills, and Motivation by Saundra McGuire and Stephanie McGuire as a springboard for conversations on small changes we can make in our classes to support student learning.
Books will be provided while they last, as will cookies. Reading is encouraged, but not required. Bring your lunch and join the conversation.
The group will meet six times on the following Wednesdays from 12:00-12:50 p.m. in 141 STV.
