CeMaST supports ISU community members as they seek funding opportunities to use their STEM expertise to solve societal problems . Accomplishing this goal usually comes in the form of aiding in the creation of grant proposals and facilitating networking opportunities that enable strong “broader impacts” of grant-funded projects.
CeMaST hosts the Early Career Learning Community (ECLC) that supports pre-tenure faculty in assembling competitive proposal for funding from the National Science Foundation developing early career faculty as exceptional teacher-scholars.
